＜代表略歴＞

・1995年3月　津田塾大学学芸学部国際関係学科を卒業。

・大手楽器製造・販売会社に入社、約10年間、店舗運営、労務管理、マーケティングに従事。

・給与計算アウトソーシング会社での導入および運用経験を経て、東証プライム上場企業のグループ会社で人事部長を務める。2019年に社会保険労務士資格取得。

・従業員数約800名にも関わらず、ほぼすべての人事系業務を社内で行い外部委託しない人材派遣業会社において、給与計算・社会保険手続き業務はもとより、人事制度構築、規程改定、社員研修、健康管理、労務トラブル対応などのあらゆる人事系業務を実務担当および部門責任者として対応・指揮。

・2021年5月　東京都社会保険労務士会登録、翌年「特定社会保険労務士」付記。

・2022年1月　国家資格キャリアコンサルタント登録。CMCA（日本キャリア・マネージメント・カウンセラー協会）に所属し、キャリアカウンセラーとして数多くのキャリア相談に対応。

・2025年3月　京都芸術大学芸術学部芸術学科を卒業。芸術学士、および学芸員資格を取得。

・2025年10月　社会保険労務士・キャリアコンサルタント・芸術学士として本事務所を開設。

【Professional Experience】

With over 25 years of diverse professional experience, I offer a unique blend of operational expertise and strategic HR leadership. My career began at a major musical instrument manufacturer, where I spent 10 years mastering store management, labor administration, and marketing.

I later transitioned into the specialized field of payroll outsourcing and HR management, eventually serving as the HR Director for a subsidiary of a TSE Prime-listed corporation.

My most extensive practical experience comes from a large-scale staffing agency (800+ employees). Unlike many firms that use outsourcer, this company managed most of all HR functions in-house. As both a hands-on specialist and a department head, I directed every facet of the HR lifecycle, including:

-Payroll & Social Insurance: Full-scale operational management.

-Strategic HR: Designing evaluation systems and revising internal work rules.

-Organizational Health: Employee training, health management, and labor dispute resolution.
